Subject: November / December 2018 Jaguar Journal Binding Problems
Region Directors,
We have known about a potential problem for a week now, but believed it affected only a small number of special editions. Today, Mike Meyer reported he received a copy with missing and duplicated pages so bad copies have been sent to the general membership.
Please inform members about the potential problem and provide instructions on requesting a replacement Jaquar Journal.
Best Regards, Jack

Dear member
In the most recent issue (November/December 2018), a small number of Jaguar Journal copies were incorrectly bound. Several pages were missing and others duplicated. Most of the copies were caught, but because of the current rapid mail-drop process we use to improve delivery, it is possible that a handful of defective copies entered the postal system. If you encounter one of these copies, please retain the address flyer election ballot and the Welsh Enterprises holiday gift brochure. Then, contact Mr. Mark Brooks at Graphcom, our printer, for a replacement copy.
Again, retain the address flyer election ballot and Welsh Enterprises holiday gift brochure from your defective issue.
