As part of your IJF planning, your members may be considering transporting their vehicles to Santa Barbara for the event. By chartering a carrier for 4 or 5 cars from a city your members may be able to save. Below is a list of carriers that your club may wish to contact.

Don’t forget, the second Jaguar Club of Southern Colorado’s “What’s In Your Garage” party will be held at Rory and Emily Andrykowski’s hideaway near Sedalia on Saturday, July 21 (a map and directions will be forthcoming).
The Jaguar Club will provide the meat. Additional details are being worked out as I type so look for an update tomorrow. As with all of these “What’s In Your Garage” parties, we need an accurate count of who is coming.
Who will be next for another Garage tour?

I used to attend your meetings up there at Patti Jewett but sold my Jag a couple years ago.
We, at ERA Shields, are big supporters and contributors toward Muscular Dystrophy (MDA) and we are holding a big garage/yard sale on Saturday, June 16th in the parking lot of our Broadmoor Office. Our fundraising efforts are to raise money to help send MDA clients to the annual MDA Summer Camp held in June up in Empire, CO. One of our agents has a late-50’s MG and I’m trying to get them involved with your club.
I was wondering if any of your club members would consider holding a little car show to help us garner more attendance at the sale. It would be so awesome to have those gorgeous vehicles on display; Unified Title will be grilling food and we’ll have some DJ music to make it a real party environment toward a great cause. I will also be working on getting some media coverage and possibly reach out to other car clubs to help draw in large attendance.
I appreciate any consideration and thanks, in advance.

Subject: Concours Judge Training Plan For Saturday May 12th
Concours season is upon us and we are seeking club members interested in becoming judges. No prior experience is needed and you don’t have to show your car in an event.
A benefit of being a judge is you will be motivated to learn more about your specific model(s) and you will definitely be a more informed Jaguar owner.
We will conduct a training session on Saturday, May 12th. The agenda is lunch, rule book review and open book test and hands on training on different models. Lunch will be at 11:30 AM followed by training starting at 12:00 PM. Activities should be complete by 4:00 PM.
Please let me know if you are interested in participating no later than Monday, April 30th.
Current judges – please note this session is mandatory for you!
A make up session is scheduled for Saturday, June 30th.
